Lately I’ve really gotten into 3d modeling using a program called Nomad Sculpt. It’s a fantastic piece of software written for either iOS or Android so it works on your ipad, (in my cse the ipad Pro 12’9 2018) or Android although I hear it’s not quite as robust. Still if you have a Samsung device you can use it on your phone! It does NOT currently work on MacOS or Windows.
It’s primarily for sculpting stuff to print out using a 3d printer but there are ways to port it over to other 3d applications in order to rig and animate your sculpts. It’s free unless you buy the $15 Quad Remesher which will let you port your sculpts over to be rigged and animated in your 3d app of choice.
Below is a collection of some of my sculpts I’ve done so far which will be endlessly updated over time because I’m addicted to this for now! I’m planning on making some of these into toys as well so more on that later!
